Terms of Service

These Terms explain the rules that apply when you create an account, practice interviews, use the application dashboard, or subscribe to a paid Job Pronto plan.

Who these Terms are with

These Terms are between you and Job Pronto. Our registered address is Avenida do Brasil 43, 1700-062 Lisboa, Portugal. You can contact us at support@jobpronto.app.

By creating an account, starting a subscription, or using Job Pronto, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

The service

Job Pronto is a scripted multilingual voice interview-practice app and application-dashboard service. It helps you save role context, generate tailored interview-practice questions, hear questions by voice, answer by voice, receive transcript-based feedback, and prepare for job applications. Job Pronto is a preparation tool. It is not a live interview copilot, recruiter, employer, or hiring-decision system.

Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use Job Pronto.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.
  • You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date.
  • You must contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Your content

You may upload or provide CVs, job descriptions, role details, company details, answer audio, transcripts, support messages, and other content. You keep ownership of your content.

You give Job Pronto permission to host, store, copy, process, transmit, analyze, transform, and display your content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. This includes sharing relevant content with service providers used for AI generation, transcription, voice playback, storage, billing, and operational monitoring as described in the Privacy Policy.

AI outputs and interview preparation

  • AI-generated questions, company research, summaries, standout guidance, transcripts, and feedback may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date.
  • You should review and adapt any output before using it in a real interview or job-search process.
  • Job Pronto does not guarantee interviews, offers, hiring outcomes, recruiter responses, or job performance.
  • You are responsible for how you use practice questions, feedback, and generated guidance.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Job Pronto for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, discriminatory, infringing, or abusive activity.
  • Do not upload content you do not have the right to use or that violates another person's privacy, intellectual property, or confidentiality rights.
  • Do not use Job Pronto to cheat during a live interview, impersonate someone, or misrepresent your qualifications.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, bypass access controls, interfere with security, or misuse provider integrations.
  • Do not upload malware or content intended to disrupt the service.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

  • Paid plans, prices, included interview credits, billing periods, and plan features are shown in the product at checkout or on the billing page.
  • Payments and subscription management are handled through Stripe. Job Pronto does not store full payment card details.
  • Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing period through the Stripe customer portal or another cancellation method we make available.
  • If you delete your account while a paid subscription is active, we set the subscription not to renew. You may choose to keep access until the end of the paid billing period or delete your app account immediately and lose access immediately.
  • Except where required by law, paid charges are non-refundable unless Job Pronto states otherwise in writing.
  • Failed generations should not consume interview credits, but plan limits and credit rules may change prospectively as the service evolves.

Third-party services and links

Job Pronto depends on third-party services for authentication, database, storage, AI generation, transcription, text-to-speech, billing, analytics, hosting, company-logo lookup, and job-description fetching. External job postings, company websites, and third-party services are not controlled by Job Pronto, and their availability or content may change.

Service changes and availability

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of Job Pronto as the product changes, providers change, or operational needs require. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Job Pronto at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay paid-plan charges, or use the service in a way that may be unlawful or abusive. You can delete your account from Profile settings or request deletion of your personal data by contacting support@jobpronto.app, subject to legal and operational retention needs described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Job Pronto is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that the service will meet every need, be uninterrupted, be error-free, or produce accurate or complete AI outputs. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Job Pronto will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or reputational harm. Job Pronto's total liability for claims related to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to Job Pronto in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 100 if you have not paid Job Pronto during that period. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Job Pronto changes. When changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users where required. Continued use of Job Pronto after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
