AI, voice, transcripts, and scoring
Job Pronto uses AI providers to generate practice questions, company research, summaries, standout guidance, and feedback. To do this, we may send relevant CV, job-description, role, company, interview setting, generated question, answer transcript, and prior practice context to AI providers.
Job Pronto uses OpenAI to transcribe answer audio and ElevenLabs to create voice playback for practice questions, introductions, and closing messages. Your answer audio and transcripts are used to create transcript-based feedback.
Readiness scores, job-match scores, answer-level scores, strengths, improvement areas, and next steps are coaching aids for interview preparation. They are not hiring decisions, they are not sent to employers by Job Pronto, and they do not produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
Sensitive and special category information
Job Pronto does not require health, ethnicity, religious, political, biometric, union, sex-life, sexual-orientation, or similar special category information to use the service. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information in CVs, job descriptions, recorded answers, transcripts, or support messages.
If you choose to include sensitive information because it is relevant to your interview practice, we may process it as part of providing the service you requested, including by sending the relevant content to service providers where needed to provide that service.
International transfers
Job Pronto is based in Switzerland, but some providers may process personal data outside Switzerland, the European Union, or the European Economic Area. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or equivalent contractual and technical protections. The countries, subprocessors, and safeguards can vary by provider and service configuration.
Retention
- Account, profile, application, practice-session, CV, audio, transcript, readiness, job-match, and feedback data are kept while your account is active or until they are deleted, requested for deletion, or no longer needed for the service, unless a longer period is needed for legal, security, accounting, dispute, or compliance reasons.
- Billing, subscription, payment, tax, and accounting records are kept for as long as required or permitted for legal, tax, accounting, audit, dispute, and compliance purposes.
- Security, diagnostic, analytics, support, rights-request, and operational records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for reliability, security, support, rights handling, disputes, compliance, and product operations.
- Deletion from backups, logs, and service-provider systems may take additional time under backup cycles, technical safeguards, and processor retention rules.
- You can delete your account from Profile settings or request deletion by contacting support@jobpronto.app. If you have an active paid subscription, you can choose to delete the account immediately or schedule deletion for the end of the paid billing period. Deleting your account does not refund the current Stripe billing period; the subscription is set not to renew.
- We may retain limited information where required by law or necessary to protect rights, security, accounting, tax, dispute, or compliance records.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data, withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis, and receive a portable copy of personal data you provided.
To exercise these rights, email support@jobpronto.app. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some rights may be limited by legal obligations, security needs, billing records, pending end-of-period account deletion, or the rights of others. If you are in the EU or EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Portugal, the supervisory authority is the CNPD.
Cookies and local storage
Job Pronto uses cookies and similar browser storage that are necessary for authentication, security, language preferences, and normal product operation. Optional analytics or operational monitoring may also use limited identifiers where configured. If we introduce non-essential marketing or tracking cookies, we will request consent where required.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including authenticated access controls, row-level data access policies, private storage buckets for user files, and limited provider metadata. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, so please use a strong password and contact us if you believe your account or data may be at risk.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Job Pronto changes or legal requirements evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and take reasonable steps to notify users where required.
